About Lenny Putz of Lifelines Images - Our featuresd Artist in December
A little about the photographer’s journey through life, so far. Born Lenny Putz, in Cleveland, Ohio; he is a third generation American of Austrian and Hungarian descent. A baby boomer, Lenny had an early interest in the art of music and particularly dance which was no surprise since both his grandfather and great grandfather were professional musicians. Gifted with a wanderlust that served him well, he developed a passion for photography and applies the art to capturing moments in time, bringing memories and emotions through images from around the world for others to enjoy in perpetuity. His appreciation of performing arts led him to the theater where he honed his skills of portrait and performance imaging.
Heavily involved in motorsports during the mid ‘70’s, skills developed capturing the action expanded an interest in sports and wildlife photography which remain a focus today. His diverse subject matter from around the globe is notable for the vibrancy of color it delivers, creative digital composition and connection with the subject matter.
His work has been displayed and sold at Fine Art Shows in Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis and across Michigan and has been published in The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Sun Sentinel, North Ridgeville Press, North Ridgeville Magazine, The Chronicle Telegram and Morning Journal.
